# Lobbi

> Lobbi is the financial operating system for independent hotels. It automates the back office — OTA recovery, supplier savings, payroll, spend management, and rate and demand intelligence — in one system, so an independent hotel owner or operator can run finance without a full back-office team. Built by Janis Krums, an independent hotel owner (BOB Hotels).

Lobbi is for independent hotel owners and operators, not chains. It is month-to-month, works alongside existing insurance, PMS, and accounting tools, and is designed to be used through an AI assistant as well as a dashboard.
