This Cookie Policy explains how Lobbi (“Lobbi”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to help the people who run a site understand how it is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, serve comparable purposes; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

• Essential cookies — required for the Service to work, for example to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. The Service cannot function properly without these, so they cannot be switched off in our systems.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Service, which pages are most useful, and where we can improve. We use PostHog and Google services for this purpose when analytics is allowed.
• Preference cookies — remember choices you make, such as settings, so the Service can offer a more consistent experience the next time you visit.
• Advertising cookies — We use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag for conversion measurement and remarketing when advertising is allowed by your privacy choices. This helps us understand which campaigns lead visitors to use Lobbi and show Lobbi ads to people who previously visited our website. We do not send form contents, email addresses, names, or hotel details through the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag.

We use Google Analytics advertising features for remarketing and aggregated demographics and interests reporting, subject to your privacy choices. We and Google use first-party cookies and identifiers, such as Google Analytics cookies, together with Google’s advertising cookies and identifiers to measure advertising and reach previous visitors with Lobbi ads.

Google signals can enrich our reports by associating website activity with information from people who are signed in to Google and have Ads Personalization enabled. The demographics and interests reports we receive are aggregated.

When advertising is allowed by your privacy choices, we use RB2B on our public landing pages to identify visiting businesses and, for US visitors where available, business contacts. RB2B uses cookies and visitor activity to match visits with its identity data. This can provide company information and business contact details for sales and marketing. Global Privacy Control disables this tracking. Disabling advertising after RB2B has loaded reloads the page to stop it.

Essential technologies cannot be switched off.

For visitors identified as being in the United States, optional analytics and advertising technologies are enabled by default until you opt out. For other visitors, or when we cannot determine the region, optional technologies remain off until you opt in. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser always disables advertising technologies.
