This Privacy Policy explains how Lobbi (“Lobbi”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). We aim to keep this simple and to collect only what we need to run the Service for you.

• Hotel and financial data — such as the statements, invoices, and account information you connect so the Service can do its work.

We disclose information to service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), under agreements that require them to protect it. Subject to your privacy choices and applicable law, we may also disclose limited website activity to analytics and advertising providers including PostHog, Google, Meta, and RB2B. We may otherwise disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Google Analytics advertising features for remarketing and aggregated demographics and interests reporting, subject to your privacy choices. We and Google use first-party cookies and identifiers, such as Google Analytics cookies, together with Google’s advertising cookies and identifiers to measure advertising and reach previous visitors with Lobbi ads.

Google signals can enrich our reports by associating website activity with information from people who are signed in to Google and have Ads Personalization enabled. The demographics and interests reports we receive are aggregated.

When advertising is permitted by your privacy choices, RB2B and its data partners use cookies and related technologies on our public landing pages to connect your visit with information from their own or other sources. This may link your activity to a business email address or other contact information. We or providers acting for us may use the resulting contact details to send marketing communications. This tracking is not installed on our sign-in or authenticated portal pages.
