Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lobbi’s websites, applications, and services (together, the “Service”), provided by Lobbi (“Lobbi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

Lobbi provides software that helps independent hotels manage and understand their finances, including health scoring, statement and invoice reconciliation, spend comparison, and related tools. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice; the Service is a tool to support your own decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you sign up. Where a free trial is offered, you may use the Service during the trial period without charge; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan may convert to a paid subscription.

You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices, and we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to you.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service except as permitted by law;
• upload content you do not have the right to share.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Lobbi and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these Terms. You keep ownership of the data and content you provide to the Service, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result, figure, or recommendation it produces is accurate or complete. You remain responsible for verifying important figures before acting on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lobbi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
